Makes ironing fun August 23, 2010 Sharon A. Leutschaft (Redmond, OR United States) I tried my new Rowenta Pressure Iron & Steamer this morning. Oh my gosh!!!! I actually went searching for more things to iron. Not since the old days of starching, sprinkling, rolling, and waiting have I produced such a good ironing job. I didn't have to shake the iron to coax steam out. Thank you Rowenta!!!
Terrific Iron! August 2, 2010 Catharine A. Inniss (Muskoka, Canada) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This iron is worth its weight in gold. Finally, an iron that doesn't leak all over the item being ironed. And it irons on a whole different level. Garments look like they have been ironed professionally. Makes ironing a pleasure!
Just What I Wanted July 29, 2010 Helen C. Stephens (Arnold, California, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I already knew a lot about this product having been introduced to it by a German friend last year. I was so impressed by her's that I knew if my old iron ever gave way I would look into buying this product. Yes it takes time to heat up but the steam ironing is so great it is worth the wait. I had a small problem with the original iron sent to me and called to talk to the company who sent the iron and got such a great response from them about shipping it back that following their requirements for returns was easy. They were very gracious and dealing with them was a breeze. I just received the new iron and am loving having it back in my home. I would recommend this to my friends and have already to my daughter in law.
There is a bit of spitting when the iron first heats up but that goes away in no time. This iron is far superior to any other I have ever owed and I have owned a number of irons through the years. I think this may be the last one I ever have to buy. I love it!

This is the best iron I have ever owned. I do a fair amount of ironing between clothes and quilting fabric and this iron is GREAT! I wish I had bought it long ago it has made my life so much easier.
*** Best $150 I ever spent!!! REALLY ! July 23, 2010 Kim Wescott (Grafton, MA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this iron a year ago. I use it every day, and every day I STILL think about how I must get online and write an Amazon review of this awesome product, so other people will buy it. It actually makes a boring, repetitive, and sometimes difficult chore, well, almost a pleasure. It irons clothes so well, and so easily, that I literally don't mind ironing at all anymore. The incredible amount of steam this iron produces makes short work of even difficult things, like jeans. For most pants, I only have to iron 1 side of the pants...The steam puts the heat right through both legs at once. Even more difficult things, like cuffs at the bottom of pants, get done perfectly in a short amount of time. I also have never had anything burn - even rayons & silks. I think that the iron operates more with steam instead of the heat of the iron. I've never even changed the temperature setting. I still haven't ruined any clothes. Can you tell I LOVE this iron? Don't hesitate. Buy it NOW! (and DO read and follow the instructions. I've never had the problems that other reviewers mentioned)
