Rowenta Steamium March 8, 2010 BobRsKat (Cookeville, TN USA) Good performance. I appreciate the 400 Hole plate and really like the weight. Considering I don't really like to iron, at least this makes ironing a more pleasant chore.
Works like a Dream March 7, 2010 Jacque De Sosa 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Love the high heat and steam that give my uniform a press almost as good as a professional dry cleaner.
Great Iron! February 10, 2010 Racey (Port Deposit, MD, US) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a replacement iron for another Rowenta Iron I purchased. This iron is the best Rowenta I've owned by far. It heats up within 10-15 seconds after turning it on, and the steam output is strong making ironing really wrinkled items a breeze. Believe it or not this iron actually makes ironing fun. If your looking for a good iron, this is the is the best one for your money, you won't be disappointed.
An Iron That Doesn't Leak February 8, 2010 K.C. (Long Island,NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This Iron does not leak like many others. It is made in Germany. The Rowenta ones that leak are made else ware. Iron is a little on the large size but works perfectly. This thing is truly a steam machine as advertised.
Beautifully made short Lifespam February 5, 2010 ED (USA) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
I have several version of this iron over the years. They all fail in about 18 months with very little use. Rowenta must know of these problems. I am very skilled in repairing - the Rowenta part is about 35.00. The repair module that is listed for this model is a more generic repair. It is a genuine Rowenta part. It fixes the temperature problems but does not restore the high end features of the iron. It is well constructed - yet the electronics are poorly designed.
