I was a little skeptical after my last steamer, but this steamer heats up and starts steaming in less than 30 seconds and works great. It's a little big but has a nice handle so you don't burn yourself. I would definitely recommend.

If you wanna have a quick iron, this is fine but for loads of clothes, it can be arm-breaking!! Plus you will need to have all the time and patience to finish steaming all of them, refilling the steamer every time it is required..

I am a collegebound student and I decided that it would be easier to have a steamer whether than a iron and board. The first steamer I bought was the steam buddy (Steam Buddy Handheld Steamer) and it was awful, then I searched for a steamer with good reviews, and a affordable price. Then I came across this little jewel, I was a little skeptical at first buying it, but then I decided to get it, it was one of the best decisions I made! The steam is continuous so you don't have to press a button for the steam to come out, and the wrinkles actually come out! I tried it out on cargo pants and it worked like a charm! I hope to have this all four years of college.

I too don't understand the negative feedback. This is a great little steamer. Come on what do you expect from a small steamer, hours of use?? It works great and I was done one shirt in a few minutes. And big deal if I have to wait five minutes in between uses. I think some people expect this product to act like a larger size steamer, which is unrealistic.

This product is good for the price you pay for it. There are steamers out there that I'm sure are better than this one, but for the money you can't beat it. I takes the wrinkles out of my clothes quick and easy. This product is also very simple to set up and use. It's a lot quicker than using an iron to get wrinkles out.
