Amazon.com Review The brilliantly simple design of the Hamilton Beach commercial manual citrus juicer is as classic-looking as it is effective. Created with rack-and-pinion gearing that allows you to exert up to 2,000 pounds of pressure with very moderate work, the unit extracts maximum amounts of juice from oranges, grapefruits, lemons, and limes. Pith, pulp, peel, and oil are left behind in the strainer cone, which is removable for easy cleanup. Between juicings, the juicer's handle stays in the "up" position, which makes it easy to quickly add more fruit. A swing-out drip cup at the bottom is adequate for small citrus fruits; it also swivels to the side to make way for glasses up to 5-1/2 inches high and swings back into place to collect drips. Designed for rugged use, the juicer has a heavy-duty metal construction with acid-resistant chrome and enamel finishes. It is suitable to a heavy-duty café kitchen or a high-volume coffee counter, and its Sure Grip non-skid base keeps it still while protecting the countertop. Measuring 7 inches wide by 9 deep, it stands 19-1/2 inches high. Hamilton Beach includes a one-year warranty. --Emily Bedard

Stop looking at reviews- buy it May 23, 2010 Anonymous 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If you are looking at reviews, it means you are already in the market for a citrus juicer. Stop looking. You found it. Just click "add to cart" and go back to watching youtube.
This is a FANTASTIC juicer. Way better than the twisty kind that makes your wrists hurt after 3 lemons. It is well made, mostly made of metal, sturdy, and will clearly last a LONG time. It makes juicing citrus fruits a breeze. It is super easy, and honestly, the handle action is a lot of fun. It gets all the juice out with one pull. There are no sharp points to cut yourself on, and it is a snap to clean. Win win win.
We just got ours. We have used it for lemons and oranges. It is kind of tall, but we plan on using it often, so there is no need to find a place to store it. (Plus, it makes your kitchen look hard-core.)
Buy it. You won't be sorry. Tell all your friends to buy one, too. They might not know it yet, but they need this juicer.
Juicer is worthy of a restaurant March 28, 2010 L. Sito I use this juicer everyday at a very high end restaurant ( I can't mention the name) but I use this squeezing about 100 fruits a day including oranges, grapefruit, lemons and limes, a day and it works great I would highly recommend this to anyone, though It does require a bit a pull and strength to squeeze a large fruit, the trick is to bring the fruit to room temp, or even rinse the fruit with warm to hot water before squeezing. This way you will get twice the juice and save money.
Best pomegranate juicer around... November 18, 2009 Pomegranate Farmer (Elk Grove, CA USA) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Every year we harvest our pomegranates from our tree and prepare jelly for friends and acquaintances for gifts at Christmas. We've juiced pomegranates about every way imaginable, but this commercial citrus juicer is a home run for juicing pomegranates all the way! After juicing, a couple passes through the cheese cloth, and the liquid is ready for preparing the jelly. I'm so glad we purchased this juicer!
Great product November 8, 2009 R. Sinclair (San Francisco, Ca) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
The Hamilton Beach 932 Commercial Citrus Juicer is a great juicer that gets all the juice out of citrus with very little effort. I grew up with orange and lemon trees using an electric juicer that you pushed the orange-half into while the fruit was agitated by a spinning cone and all the real work was being done by your shoulder at the expense of your wrist - I swore that I would never own a juicer like that when I grew up. Well, now I have orange, lemon and lime trees of my own and know that when its time to harvest there will be a lot of squeezing to be done. This is the tool for the job. Our lemon tree is going OFF and it is no sweat to juice up a ton of lemons. I freeze the lemon juice in 1cup servings for year-round lemonade. I've made orange juice and limeade, too, and that fruit is equally simple to juice with this juicer.
Clean-up is a breeze, just lift out the juice cup, funnel and cone (no sharp edges) and rinse - they slide right back on when dry. TIP: do this immediately after juicing - no amount of money spent will make it easy to remove dried citrus from a juicer. I haven't tried grapefruit.
I'll post again in a year to comment on the wear an tear, but so far this is a heavy-duty, high-quality product.
great juicer October 18, 2009 Dana A. Nuccitelli (West Sacramento, CA USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I got the Hamilton Beach juicer because I read that citrus presses would work for juicing pomegranates, and I have a pomegranate tree and lemon tree in the backyard. Once I discovered that a citrus press would work for pomegranates, I thought it would be a great thing to get to make juice and pomegranate lemonade.
I read reviews of various cheaper models, and it sounded like most of them tend not to get all the juice from lemons, or break too easily. For a fruit as tough as pomegranates, I figured I'd better shell out for a stronger model. This Hamilton Beach commercial juicer works great. It gets just about every drop of juice out of a lemon, and most of the juice from a pomegranate. It's very easy to use, effective, and easy to clean.
The only issues I have are that it's expensive, and it's also large so it's hard to find a good place to store it. But I'm happy that I bought it, because it's so easy to use and makes good pomegranate lemonade!
